Aqua Aerobics Rules
Each Participant is required to read and comply with these Rules and Regulations.
The purchase of a pass is equivalent to reading and accepting the wording of these Rules and Regulations.
The pass is valid for one specific month and you should plan the use of it in advance for the entire validity period in the last week preceding the month.
Advance registration is required for each class. Without a valid pass, you can only sign up for one class.
A four-entry pass is for people who want to go once a week, an eight-entry pass for people who want to go twice a week.
When purchasing a pass, you must schedule all purchased classes in advance. On the day of purchase of the pass, come 15min earlier to arrange the dates of classes.
Unused entries do not carry over to the next month/do not extend the pass. The Aquarium is not responsible for the availability of make-up slots.
Classes must be canceled in writing by 12 pm on the day of the class.
Cancelling scheduled class after 12:00 pm will not be considered and entry will be forfeited.
Failure to report an absence and failing to attend the class means that the purchased entrance will be forfeited.
Aquarium is not responsible for unused classes.
Classes can be made up only as an extra day in the current month. If the fixed days are, for example, Tuesday and Thursday: classes are made up on Monday, Wednesday or Sunday.
The class lasts 50 minutes, and the maximum number of Participants is 16.
Aquarium reserves the right to cancel the classes without giving any reason and when the number of Participants will not exceed 5 people. In this case, the class will be possible to make up at a later date.
Participants are required to come to class on time, 10 minutes before the start of class.
It is forbidden to enter the water before the start of classes. After the class, immediately go to the locker room. It is forbidden to stay in the water after the instructor leaves.
By signing up for classes, the participant is aware of his/her own health and physical condition. Signing up for classes is tantamount to a declaration that there are no health contraindications to participation in this type of activity.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to chew gum, have jewelry (earrings, watches, rings, bracelets, etc.) during classes.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants and other means of impairing psychomotor performance are prohibited from participating in the activities.
The class instructor has the right to expel the participant during the class if the participant: does not carry out the instructor's instructions, disturbs other participants (e.g. by talking, commenting). In such a case, the class is considered forfeited.
The guarantee of participation in the classes is the purchase of a pass/one-time entry.
Purchased passes are personal and cannot be used by other people.
It is not possible to extend the validity of the pass.
Aquarium is not responsible for cases when the pass/voucher is lost or damaged in such a way that it cannot be read or used any further.
Participants, in order to get a locker wristband, are required to leave something as a collateral.
The customer is required to return the key before leaving the Aquarium facility. There will then be a return of the collateral item.
Aquarium is not responsible for valuables left by participants of the activities on the premises.
